You’ve decided to take the leap and move forward with your fitness, but where do you start? Well, motivation is a big thing with fitness and one of our dedicated fitness coaches is sure to help you with that.
Getting the body you’ve always wanted and desired in life isn’t easy. Heck, you wouldn’t be wanting to find out more about us if it was, would you?
The journey is going to be tough, but we’re here to help steer you and keep you on the path: we’ll push you hard in your training sessions and we might look a little annoyed when you’ve been eating off your nutrition/meal plan, but we’ll always be there as your trusted adviser.
If you’re tired of running endlessly on the treadmills at the gym, or secretly, you have a gym membership but you don’t actually go, then it’s time to make that change and hire one of us.
How We Can Help You
Motivation and correct technique. What’s that mean? Well, most people like you will seek out a personal trainer because they belong to one (or more) of three groups:
- fat/weight loss
- pain/injury (rehabilitation)
- build muscle
Fat/Weight Loss
If you’re in the first group then you’re clearly not happy when you look in the mirror. You want to melt that fat off your mid section, trim down your legs and feel sexy when you go out (your confidence will skyrocket in no time).
Pain/Injury
Back and joint pain are quite common, but you shouldn’t have to live with it or be dosed up on medication to just get through the day. Whether it’s using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or using specific workout programmes to stretch and strengthen certain parts of your body, your fitness coach will help you out of pain and lead you to a happier life that’s pain free.
Building Muscle
Whether you want to train your guns, get a big chest or squat over 170kg, a personal trainer can help you think (and reach) big. Proper technique when you’re lifting heavy is important as you don’t want to strain a muscle or gain an injury in your quest for a rock-solid body.
Our Story & Experience
We have a combined amount of experienced working with individuals in the fitness industry. All of the professional trainers have worked with a number of different individuals who want to get fit, lose fat and feel great about their bodies.
With this experience comes skill and expertise that will help you to work towards a healthier, happier you.
How Much Will it Be?
We don’t know. It’s a complicated question as it depends what type of programme you want, how committed you are to your fitness goals, and how much time you have in your schedule.
However, we’d recommend think about paying at least £30 per session with a trainer. If you’re training with someone who charges less than that then you probably want to be seeking out their experience, past clients and how motivated they are to help you.
We’ve found in the past that personal trainers who charge a lower amount aren’t committed to you and don’t tend to work in your best interests.
Where Are We Based?
No matter where you live in Lancashire there will be one of our trainers near to you. Whether in Preston, Lancaster, Blackpool, Blackburn, Burnley, Chorley, in the Ribble Valley or towards Nelson/Colne. We’re a network of experienced and knowledgeable professionals here to work with you for a healthier and happier you.
